This section shows a few of the many black and white photographs that feature in the published books – just click on an image above to see a selection, a slideshow and prices.

Every photograph in the books has been generated by me  from a b/w negative using roll film and a Minolta Dynax 9 SLR camera. The negatives are then scanned and adjusted gently in Photoshop, replicating traditional darkroom techniques. This may seem perverse in this highly digital age but I have found this brings out certain features that would otherwise be missed in this very colourful world. And it makes me plan ahead before pressing the shutter!

Please note that the small illustrations, even when clicked for enlargement, have a low resolution for the web site display only. All these photographs, unless otherwise marked, are available as unmounted prints on Matte Archival paper. The details are:

• Print sizes are A4 and A3 overall.
• This includes a clear border of approximately 40mm for the smaller prints and 60mm for the larger ones depending on the proportion.
• The images are centered which allows flexibility for mounting and framing.
• The paper weight is 192 gsm.
